OPTIONS

Alcôve is an ingenious system that makes it possible to recreate a space within a space without work. Alcôve is available in multiple configurations to meet the needs of concentration, intimacy and confidentiality of open space or coworking work areas.

A welcoming space for its users, to isolate themselves from noises and distractions, a bubble not to disturb and not to be disturbed.

1 – Partition

Interior : Solid wood structures covered on the inside and outside with embossed acoustic fabric with 6mm foam backing (Gabriel – Atlantic Stripe – CAL 117 and EN1021 certification for flammability, resistance to cigarette sparks) which are glued together (wood and fabric). The top edge will be covered with standard fabric. Available in rectangular, hexagonal or rounded shapes. Supporting structures of the panels connected to each other by metal side plates fixed with 4 screws, and 2 metal legs at the top and bottom, each with 4 screws, connect the structures to ensure a good fixing and a high resistance of each configuration. Exterior : Fully carpeted partitions, one or two colours. Black metal finishing edges epoxy powder.

2 – Top

High resistance melamine top, 22 mm thick, with a density of +/-3% of 770 kg/m3. Smooth or lightly textured melamine decor sheet according to the choice of finishes. ABS edgebanding 2 mm thick as standard. The top is fixed by a metal squaring system.

3 – Legs

4 cm high glides with adjustment jacks.

ELECTRIFICATION OPTIONS

Top access

Top access with slow motion switching access for meeting stations.

Socket 1

Rectangular aluminium flush-mounted socket outlet. Sliding cover in black or white plastic. One standard mains socket and two USB sockets.

Chute
Fixed to the supporting structure and made from a 1 mm thick folded metal sheet.

Socket 2
Round flush-mounted socket outlet in black or white plastic. A classic socket and a USB socket

Thermoformed fishnet sock

Acoustics

Alcove acts on sound reduction thanks to its solid wooden structures covered on the inside and outside with embossed acoustic fabric with fabric foam support contributing to sound reduction.
